Terrain Title & Escrow Company is an attorney owned and operated full service title company.

With over forty years of combined experience, Terrain Title & Escrow Company handles a wide range of real estate settlements including: refinances, resale purchases, new construction, reverse mortgages, and commercial transactions.

While many title companies offer the same general products, it is our outstanding service that sets us apart.

David E. Miller, Principal

David E. Miller is the Founder and Principal of Terrain Title & Escrow Company. Mr. Miller earned his undergraduate degree from University of Maryland, College Park and his Juris Doctor from University of Maryland School of Law.

In addition to conducting and overseeing real estate and escrow transactions on a daily basis, David regularly participates in seminars and discussions on title insurance. Known for his high-energy and personable demeanor, David is dedicated to setting a high standard for his team to efficiently and effectively meet the needs of his customers and clients alike.

In 2009, David was named Settlement Officer of the Year by the Home Builders Association of Maryland. Prior to founding TT & E, Mr. Miller was the attorney of record for a large Baltimore area title company. Mr. Miller is a licensed attorney in Maryland, Delaware and West Virginia.
